Franch Monsters

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data franchmonsters.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this brand hub only; each country site (for example ua.franchmonsters.com) publishes its own policy covering that catalogue.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is ФОП Товкач Максим Павлович, Miloslavska Street, 45, Kyiv, Ukraine, which operates Franch Monsters and processes the data submitted through this site. For any question about your data, write to info@franchmonsters.com.

2. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting a form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Article 11 of Ukraine’s Law No. 2297-VI on Personal Data Protection). You can withdraw that consent at any time — see section 7.

3. What we collect and why

This page has two forms, both for franchisors who want their franchise listed. They collect: your name, phone number, email address, the market you select, and — in the longer form — whatever you choose to write in the free-text field.

We use it for one purpose: to contact you about listing your franchise in the market you selected. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

The page also records the URL and hostname the form was submitted from.

When you open a page, your browser sends our hosting provider, Cloudflare, your IP address and standard technical details of the request, such as the page address, the browser type and the time of the request. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse. The form submissions we receive do not include your IP address.

4. How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose. On request we delete them sooner.

5. Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to the data controller’s Telegram chat by a forwarding service that runs on Cloudflare’s platform. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests as our infrastructure provider and may also provide the web analytics described in section 6.

We do not transfer your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own purposes.

6. Cookies and tracking

This hub page sets no analytics or advertising cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The page may also load Cloudflare’s web analytics script (beacon.min.js from static.cloudflareinsights.com), which reports page visits and page performance to Cloudflare so that we can see statistics about how the site is used. Cloudflare states that its web analytics does not use cookies or localStorage, does not fingerprint individuals by their IP address or browser details, and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data.

We do not collect personal data about your online activities over time and across different websites, and we do not allow other parties to use this site to collect such information. The only third-party script this site may load is the Cloudflare web analytics script described above. Because we do not track you across websites, this site does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent entirely. Write to info@franchmonsters.com and we will act on it.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the EU, the supervisory authority of your country of residence; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

9. Where your data is processed and how it is protected

The data controller is based in Ukraine, so the information you send through this site is processed in Ukraine. If you send it from outside Ukraine (for example, from the USA), it is processed outside your country. Cloudflare and Telegram process it on their own servers, which may be located in other countries.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that a child has sent us personal data, we delete it. If you believe this has happened, write to info@franchmonsters.com.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we publish the updated policy at this address and change the date shown at the top of this page. The current version is always the one published at this address, with the date shown above.

12. California and Nevada residents

California. The disclosures required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575) are in this policy. The categories of personal data we collect are listed in section 3, and the categories of third parties we share it with in section 5. The process for reviewing and requesting changes to your information is in section 7. How we respond to Do Not Track signals, and whether other parties may collect information about your online activities across websites, is in section 6. How we notify you of material changes is in section 11, and the effective date of this policy is the date shown at the top of this page.

Nevada. This policy also serves as the notice described in NRS 603A.340. We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines a sale: the exchange of covered information for monetary consideration. Nevada residents may still send us a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information; the designated address for such requests under NRS 603A.345 is info@franchmonsters.com. We respond to such a request within 60 days of receiving it.
